“Should I Wear Pants?” – Helpful Android Weather App Launched
XDA Member Floppie7th, along with a team of developers have created an Android app called “Should I Wear Pants?” – and it is a rather engaging and helpful.
Described as a “novelty weather app that takes your location, gender and temperature preference” it retrieves your local weather and lays out for you what to wear. Some of the features in the free version include Jacket vs T-shirt, Pants vs Shorts, Temperature preferences (F, C, K) and major US holidays recommended outfits.
The premium version has the ability to include sunglasses, hats, gloves, umbrellas and flip-flops vs shoes. Also included in the premium version is a ‘Swagger’ and ‘I Wear My Sunglasses At Night’ mode – because as we all know – when you are awesome the sun shines on you 24/7.
Upcoming features to be released are solar positions throughout the day, long sleeve shirt option, dew point calculator, live wallpapers and widgets. This is a very nifty application that puts an end to those days when you have open a door and check what the weather is like outside. Based on the weather and temperature, the app lets you know what you would wear based on your preferences. Sweet!
